Ampicillin broad spectrum semi synthetic penicillin derivative bactericidal antibiotics which is active against gram-negative and positive bacteria.

Colistin belongs to polypeptide antibiotics (polymixins) which is highly effective against gram-negative bacteria:is has a synergistic action when combined with ampicillin or other antibiotics

 

INDICATIONS

Shafa-Ampicoli used for treatment of necrotic and ulcerative enteritis, bacterial infections caused by E.coli, salmonella,Clostridia, corynebacterium, Brucella and pasturella that affect poultry.

Shafa-Ampicoli also used for treatment of diarrhea, pneumonia and enteritis in other animals.
